More Hand Drawn/Painted ATCs

These are more hand drawn and painted ATCs. I have been doing collage type ATCs for awhile, and wanted to get back to my painting and drawing again. So I went ahead and made some painted ATCs.

ATCs

These are two ATCs I made for a swap I was in. One is a doodle and the other an abstract.

The doodle is titled "Curlz" and the abstract is titled "Ricochet". I made these fairly quickly, it is the collage ATCs that take me longer to make.

My Art Journal RR Book

This is my Art Journal book for an RR I am in. I had to do two spreads in it before I sent it off to my first partner in the swap. This is my first time pariticpating in a Round Robin swap. I will keep an update on this swap as it goes along.

More Paper Dolls

These paper dolls I made for a trade with a member in one of my ATC yahoo groups. I really enjoy making these Art Paper Dolls.

This link is to Stephanie Rubiano's artwork. I found it in Flickr. She does some fabulous work so I had to add a link to her work to share with others, but also to be able to view her art anytime. She is so creative and has a great imagination!

Post card swap

I altered this post card for a post card swap. I was sent 6 vintage post cards by the host with the agreement that I alter one post card and send it back to the hostess. I got to keep 5 for myself, very kind of the host :).

I titled this post card,"In the early days Anna was the fastest pony rider around." I sanded the front shiny side of the post card, then lightly gessoed it, and added some walnut ink to the gesso. Then I made a transparency out of the picture of the little girl on her horse, and then glued the aged cheesecloth, and star sequins to it. Last but not least, I cut out the words from an old book, and aged them some more with walnut ink. The end.

ATC Art Doll for Art Doll Swap

This is one of the ATC Art Dolls I made for a swap in the Art Techniques group. I named my Art Doll "Bird Lady". Making art paper dolls from all kinds of different pieces and parts is play time for me. I always tend to create on the more eclectic and quirky side of the scale. Belinda is hosting this swap. She is such a great mod and always encouraging to the rest of the artists on the group. I am amazed at the energy she has to do all that she does for this group.
