An artist trading card, and altered envelope. I made these for a flickr friend as a surprise. The altered envie (envelope) is ink and watercolor. The ATC (artist trading card) is on top of envelope, it is a steampunk owl I drew, and colored with watercolor, and color pencil.

Another 4 artist trading cards for a private trade. I am really having fun doing hand drawn atcs. Can you tell I love cats! :) I also added in a dog atc. Tele-Bot is my little idea :) I think I am going to try to work up some more robot atcs...hmmm...yup. I used a wash of watercolor, color pencil, ink, and neo color II.

Sketch Book Swap 1

I am in a sketch book swap in the Monday ArtDay ATC Ning Group. There are thirteen players and we can do what we like in each of the sketch books. I received my first sketch book of the group and did a color pencil and ink drawing for Genxster. She likes B & W movie stars and film noir so I tried to do something she may like. This is my first humble attempt at drawing and a B&W movie star (Marlene Dietrich) hope I did it justice :) By the way, Genxster does such an AMAZING job with the movie stars she draws! Waiting for my next sketch book!!!!! :)
