This is a half page doodle I did for a Zentangle swap in a yahoo group I'm in. It is really addicting and fun!

I call it Snail Doodle.

Hand Carved Rubber Stamps

I was on a carving my own rubber stamps kick! I found some cheap erasers that work great for carving out my own rubber stamps. I really like how they turned out. These are the results.

One is the word L'ARTISTE, the others are doll images that I made up. I also like how the Doll head with the cupcake, star, and bird turned out, as well as, the other doll head with the cupcake and happy face. Can you tell I get a kick out of cupcakes! :) It's possible that the dolls look a little goth...hmmm...but I still like them! Okay I'm done.

Corazon

Here is a mixed media painting I did titled-Corazon (meaning Heart in spanish). I really had fun painting this. It is a somber looking piece, but I am still happy with it. I added the Heart to show even though the piece is somewhat somber in feeling, or we may feel this way at times the heart still beats on with love and compassion...too deep right. Too bad! I'm stickin' to it!

Yak Pak goodies

This is just a smidge of what I received in a Yak Pak. A Yak Pak is an envelope of goodies you win if you land on the post/message number that has been picked as the Yak Pak number. So the more you post the better your chances of winning. I don't post very much, but I happened to hit the number...Yeaaaaa! Well in the photo you will see some handmade papers, vintage photos and some vintage ephemera that Cynthia C. sent me in the Yak Pak. She sent me some really cool stuff and lots of it.
